Where does the event take place?
Our events are live online over Zoom. You will be able to access the link to join in your Wool School account on the day of the event.
I don’t have a Zoom account, can I still join?
We suggest signing up for a Zoom account to ensure good connectivity. It’s easy to do and free. If you have previously downloaded Zoom, please update to the most recent version prior to joining.

I didn’t get my confirmation or reminder emails.
Check your spam or trash and add [email protected] to your list of approved contacts.
Can I pay with a card? I don’t have a Paypal account.
Yes, you can pay with a card - you don't need a Paypal account. Fill in the form on the payment page and then select the option to pay with a credit or debit card.
How do I know if my internet speed is good enough to join the class?
Zoom recommend you have 2MPBS of upload and download speed. Test your speed here: https://fast.com/en/gb/
What happens if I can’t connect to my live event?
If you are unable to enter the Zoom class, exit and re-enter.
Check your internet connection and try the usual IT solutions, such as restarting your computer, trying a different browser and clearing the cache on your computer. If you are still unable to join, please email us at [email protected].
When I click to join the event, it doesn't go anywhere. What should I do?
The link to join will become live on the day of the event. If you click it before then, you will remain on the same event page.
What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for our live events.
What device do I need to join the class?
You can join on your phone, though we recommend using a device with a larger screen such as a tablet, laptop or desktop computer to make the most of this event.
What will we be making?
You can find details of the project we will be making together in the event information.
What will I need to bring along?
A list of tools and materials is provided in the information about the event.
